The Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer
representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate
practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the
National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational
and practical experience criteria.
I believe that

negotiating on behalf of others is the hallmark of the buyer's and
seller's representatives. That is why I earned the Accredited Buyers
Representative (ABR) Designation. As an experienced New Homes
Buyer's Representative, I can act on your behalf and represent you in the
purchase of your new home. The on site agent does not represent you
in the transaction, by state law they represent their principle that has
contractually contracted to have representation and for those agents or
brokers to act on their behalf. So who represents you if you walk
into a model home? Unless you have an experienced buyers agent, the
answer is "No One!"

nationwide possess this designation.
